I went on a strictly water break for a year. It did NOT stop me from wanting my teas and juice. I just make sure I just drink one a day and count it in my calorie intake. It quenches my thirst so I don't know what you are talking about, but you are probably right. I drink Brisk, Snapple, and Arizona if people are wondering. The worse is 200 cal a bottle, the least is 70 cal. Not eating or drinking food I like, stresses me out, so I can honestly substainingly portion control. It sucks being a picky eater as well as liking variety. Eating the same few things over and over will make me miserable. So counting calories it is. I do worry about protein though. I don't pig out. Don't eat a lot of fried food (maybe once a month. If I eat a burger, I probably won't eat much the rest of the day. Still less stressful than eating food I don't like and food that is disgusting. I don't even like sweets like that, so a lot of tasty healthy food, isn't tasty to me. Thankfully I love grilled meats more than fried anyway. I eat veggies, but I don't like them all. Fruits. I get tired of eating the same fruit over and over. All this whining but I am actually losing weight.

I love how this guy gives us the information he's so very serious about helping us no truth because he's obviously done his homework and his research and he's extremely knowledgeable about what works and what does not work. But I have to say he's got a great sense of humor cuz he throws it all these little movie clips and it just humor is such a good thing for me because it invites me to want to learn more and it shows that he has a sense of humor even though when he's doing his video he's all business. But that's okay he is a fantastic human being and I truly hope that God Almighty blesses him on his journey.

It is also very important to note, that this so call fasting state does not kick in unless its been a couple days and you havent eaten. As long as you eat sometime in your day and eat enough or even every other day while intermittent fasting your body will not just shut down! In fact eating healthy and not to often just keeps your insulin from spiking. Your insulin spikes your body is told to store fat. Please look into intermittent fasting and do your research before you get to worried about not eating all the time.

Black coffee makes me sick but I just add peanut butter protein powder into almondmilk that normally is too watery for coffee creamer. Best time of the day to not eat sugar, peanut protein again is great for plain oatmeal. Plus use old stainless stovetop coffeemakers cause plastic goes straight into the coffee with these new cheap coffeemakers. Throw that right in the garbage.

Very informative video thanks.
However, I do have a question. Sometimes when I am pressured or stressed, I experience the urge to eat even if m not hungry. I seem to kind of get comfort from the eating action. So is there a way I can handle this situation while am in stress, assuming at the time I am unable to get to the root cause of the stress.

I am totally morning person. Half of my daily calories come from 2 medium size breaksfast even when dieting. It is only highly nutritious food like eggs, avocado, wholemeal breads, oats, berries, plant based drinks etc. This gives me a lot of energy for early workout and the rest of the day. I used to hate breaskfast, but now I am new person.

After 3 days of not eating something like a burger (one not made at home I mean, I ended up trying one out today as a cheaper alternative for my lunch today, I took two small bites and had to throw it away, I almost threw it back up. Kinda glad about that though cause I dont like the idea of eating a lot of greasy stuff.

Umm, its calories in calories out, I could eat 300 calories of waffles and still not gain any more fat than eating 300 calories of meat or any other type of food
Yeah it may not be as good for your health in general, but for weight loss it wont effect much.

You can weigh yourself everyday but you should keep a graph on it (I recommend using Google sheets or a fitness app that tracks your weight) so that you can see the overall change instead of the natural daily weight fluctuations
