You get hungry for a reason, it's our body's signal to eat to gain this nutrition necessary for our survival, please if you are hungry, like truly hungry, EAT, Even if you don't get hungry anymore, eat consciously and make sure to AT LEAST eat at every meal time and set up a system for success. If you want to lose weight, you should workout, it could be as simple as learning or doing a new dance in your bedroom every week. Please never go a full day without eating, or only eat one meal.

I don't think I have any conditioned hunger times or anything like that. I don't really eat at the same time every day or really at the same time at all. Ive been doing fasting for a while and now it's pretty easy to just not be hungry.

Me when Im not fasting: no food in the house, no one can really cook

For me, I just drink a glass of milk. Im mildly lactose intolerant, so when I drink a glass of milk, I feel full and a bit nauseous, which makes me not wanna eat.

I've starves myself before but i failed and im eating a lot now im kinda overweight so imma start starving myself again cz im too lazy to workout
