Thats why I got ripped in my mid 20s i did those ones no one was doing. 2 months everything just shot up. Back at it again 10 yr later. Muscle and cells have memory like in sports if youve done it b4 with results.

I have a small gym, I don't have barbells but I do have a cable machine, can I do the front barbell raises on a cable machine instead do I get the same benefit? Thanks
