now i understand why people always go back to Richard Simmons. we've lost the basics to people who are more out of shape than they think and start off with such exercises like these and lose motivation and go back to being non active. i would recommend people to just start walking on a regular basis and start working on their core physical health before watching videos like these. Push Up Mountain Climbers - 1: 48
Supermen - 3: 00
Burpees - 3: 41
High Knees - 5: 01
Sit Throughs - 5: 40

Amazing Videos however when youre a Fat bastard like I am, those excersices are kind of hard man, however you are extremely knowledgeable and you are very good at explaining. i do 3 burpees and Im out of breath lol

I want to try the 6 week challenge but I'm scared ill fail. Trying to lose weight is so hard but I'll keep trying. I do like these workouts. I will give them a try. Need to get rid of this diabetes.

I quit watching after the first exercise. The arch in your back is guaranteed to cause problems. Does not address HIIT training, therefore, does not burn fat.
