Thank you Im really gonna try doing some of these because for the longest time I tried everything I could and it looked like a 6 pack just wasnt happening so I gave up now it looks like my hope for a v taper body is returning

Just tell them the truth if you want to see your abs your number one goal is that you have to lose body fat then incorporate these exercise to show them off. and if you down in body fat these are some very very good exercise

The most shredded my abs ever looked was from doing Ab Ripper X from P90X back in the day. I didn't have an Adonis belt but my obliques were solid.
