Super HIGH VOLUME CHEST Training with The Mountain Dog (Brutal) braf zachland: i don't know to much about this stuff compared to either of these guys i'm sure, but the idea of building up to your max set so you don' burn out mentally seems like the exact opposite of what i have read. i am pretty sure studies have proven the first set is the most important and the significance of subsequent sets goes down exponentially. also i think anytime we try to make something mentally easier you are short changing yourself. there is no danger in pushing the mind so never back off a mental challenge.

Ground turkey is a staple in my diet. It's like hot sauce. I put that shit on everything. At one point I would make a mixture of turkey, egg whites, avocado, rice, tomatoes, and cheese and eat it every meal for two months. Got a little burnt out. LOL. It's just so easy to make a healthy hodge podge with.

Hi Volume is only for people who dont have high enough intensity. Ask Dorian Yates for example. I doubled my bodyweight from 2 sets per exercise 1 to 2 exercises max per bodypart. But they are two evil brutal sets. As volume goes up intensity goes down. You cant do Max both.

Guys, I just went and did this. Since I dont have a training partner, I decided to do incline dumbbell flys, as a second stretch. Was this too much? Was it counter productive? I can't see why it would be but, thoughts please, and thank you?

Hey Jeff You're Canadian, right? Can you post some videos about how is it to live there? I was looking for a place to move with my girl and we are considering Canada for sure Thanks for the awesome content bro

Watched this and immediately got the gym. Great workout Great pump. Should be great once I dial in my weights. Went a little light on the decline probably cause of the 25 reps. But overall great pump

I have the opposite approach in terms of making high intensity bearable. I do my heaviest set FIRST when I'm fresh and get it out of the way, and then do lighter subsequent sets with more reps.

You can tell the difference in generations here. Meadows is teaching and instructing, while this kid is wearing his headphones while hes being instructed. Just a question of manners.

The Dog knows Jeff is turning up to vlog his session but he has no direct plan for the session. he is like 'maybe we'll do a machine press, maybe this maybe that'. hilarious.
