Not sure if this interests you as a video topic. but I hope it does, as I actually trust what you would say about this. I have small tear in my diasistis recti that has resulted in a very small umbilical hernia. I have done mad research on it and am doing my best to heal it naturally, as even the DR said, it's too small to operate on. I have decreased training, but am not enjoying that at all and am worried about loosing all the gains I've made, and I just love to workout I can't find any info on training with this condition and am cautious to not do anything to make this tear worse or the hernia bigger. I have found some abs exercises that help to repair it, mostly from post partum women, which I am not. So, anyhoo. if you could make a video on training with injury, or training specifically with an umbilical hernia, that'd be awesome. What exercises you would suggest to do, or stay away from, etc. I know hernias are big in the body building community, so I am sure I am not the only one would would benefit form this type of info. I pray you will consider it. Thank you so much.

Part 8. Done 1000 years Learn that you Weaklings around ME I'll like this video to encourage even I should just be neutral or even dislike. Analyses are overrated, are persons that can be healthy with ultimate deadly values, others with normal can have big health problems. I love stress (Stress = effort, tension. Workout is stress. By workout, body will adapt and forge to stress. Stress can be BAD but in time help you or not, that is the beauty. I love Fear, Depression and can increase my motivation not to give up. Also, I can use Fear, Depression vs others to have a chance to win. I've posted 3 of my many rules that helped ME a lot in life.

i believe that when we're talking about fundamentals we should keep them in place, to maintain that mechanical tension. if we need to change it at all cost maybe i'll pick a variation, let's say pause squat's. we'll use different weights and rep ranges and from a neurological perspective it could feel different. as for accessories, their less important from an overload point of view and more important for metabolic stress and angle variation, so let's change them, anyways we'll need the isolated stimoulous, not the progressive overload.

Jeff, some people have speculated/experienced that when you fuse your passion (health and fitness) with your way of making a living (i. e. job) it diminishes your enthusiasm/interest in it - have you had a similar experience? Specifically, has making your job all about what you are (clearly) interested in diminished the joy you get from it?

People that argument if someone use Steroids is insecure, then I can say the same for someone that use make-up, want more knowledge, more studies and so on. All creatures have Pro/Neg, good/bad and we need them, all have a place, depends on situations. In war, Evil or Necessary Evil is the Weapon Number 1 to Win, not Pathetic Good.

There's only 2 reasons anyone ever bulks after 5 years of lifting is to gain as much lean mass from the cycle your on or if your just abit lazy and don't follow your nutrition anyone at all that goes 10lbs over is one of the two above your gaining less than 2lbs of muscle a year natural you don't need 10lbs of extra fat to gain it

The workout edit is good but it does compress the workout into a very short space of time. Would like to see at least a longer edit or stopping and showing us different parts of the workout or certain tips to increase intensity etc. For me the workout is the highlight, even though the vlog part is also interesting

I just love those talking vids Also imo the exercise variety style is awesome Im doing it myself and its just awesome - Im benching, squatting and deadlifting 2-3 times per week and the addition of the exercises based on how I feel that day is just awesome and its giving me the right kick in the end.

You've been training over a decade what do you mean see what progress your making? your beyond the point of diminished returns clearly will jump on some form of aas to assist with the cut and look better than previously through dosage as a natural your kidding no one who has been there and done it.

Hey Jeff I really like your contents, what about starting a new series, maybe in collaboration with a Physical therapist, where you explain the proper form of every exercise, which are the potentially dangerous movements you should stay away from. If you agree please like, so Jeff can read it
