Hardcore Push Workout My New Diet Experiment (Leaner And Fuller) D: Assuming you are doing this push routine twice a week (with some sort of variance within the RPE, do you find that the overall exertion and intensity is enough for hypertrophic gains? I'm only asking because I tend to add some sort of burnout drop set at the end of each routine on every muscle group (PPL split) as a means to maximize metabolic stress and deplete larger amounts of glycogen. I'm curious on your take on what I've been doing in comparison to yours, and just the fact I'd enjoy hearing your thoughts as a professional coach as a whole.

I don't know what your power couple name is, but you literally blow every fitness couple out of the watersAnd OF COURSE you have the best vlogs ever (though Rashaun is to thank for sure) Also, I saw the chicken and rice plate and immediately remembered the time I basically abstained from any type of rice for a couple of years because I was essentially carbophobic. After a while I rekindled my love for rice--brown, wild, jasmine, forbidden, pretty much any kind of rice LOL

I have a question, (kinda. I tried doing a push pull legs split. apart from legs. Like in your Day-5 page. there are like only a handful of variations. but then when I try to go ahead and do it, i feel like, man I need to do this too and that too. and slowly a push today will turn into a 2hour workout. Like there is no incline presses or decline. I am very confused about this. What to do how to go about the thought process

Jeff, could you please include Smith machines in your technique Tuesday videos? My wife and I have been going to the gym for a few months now. We signed up for a year at Planet Fitness so cancelling for a better gym isn't an option. I would like to see bench and squat at a minimum Also, I'd like to say that I have been watching your videos since I started hitting the gym and it has helped me quite a bit

Jeff, you are a great guy and have great content. One tiny criticism I have is often when you mention tempos I believe you are making an error. You will say 3 second eccentric or something to that effect and in reality you mean 2 seconds and controlled. If you use a metronome to time yourself, you'll see that a 303 tempo is much longer than you may realize. Food for thought.

Could you and/or Steph do a video on sneakers? I find different shoes work better or worse for different activities and I think a video on cross training, running, walking, lifting, and hiking sneakers with examples from brands like Nike, Adidas, Fila, Asics, and New balance would be a really informative and great video that I for one, cannot seem to find on YouTube

Alright people I was just wondering if anyone could spare some advice on overhead / military press in terms of whether I am able to perform them on my knees as I cannot do them properly whilst seated and my powercage is only so high so I was wondering if I would experience any adversities or dangers whilst forming them in this manner thanks in advance dudes

Damn, that is like no volume at all. Actually though you did more, but hey you looking fking good + you are in and out of the gym in no timeMaybe i'm messed up from doing a shit ton of volume myself, that this seems like nothing? Anyways awesome video, love the edit and informative content in all videos.

I just wish these dudes would learn to speak from their diaphragm. Everything about the video is perfect but white American guys all talk from their neck up, so no matter how impressive the physique, they tend to quack. A few lessons would fix this in about three weeks.
