Jeff, fellow 3DMJer here. Funny story didn't know you were from that part of Canada. I'm Irish and was living in Toronto for 6 months when I was 19. Everyone used to always ask was I from Newfoundland.

you usually do quad dominant, then ham dominant days or do all your leg days look similar to this one? If so, what's your primary movement for hams?
