Do you have a video that has anything to do with how to eat properly in the kitchen and in order to get a six pack I will believe that's a great question because some people are not sure how to eat or what do you eat and how many calories to consume sometimes people consume more calories than they need to or they deprived of the calories they need and the nutrients and what healthy foods that you can find that works for them that actually is Affordable for the wallet I was just speaking about this in my chiropractor who is also a personal trainer and she told me about some methods you can use that's actually cheaper than going out to eat which cost less and you can still get in shape I think that would make a very great video and not many people do those type of videos on YouTube

Love your work Jeff I was someone that really wanted to gym but always felt like I needed someone to come with me to the gym to show me what to do as I lacked confidence at the gym. If my gym partner bailed, as most people usually do, I would stop going gym. Your technique tuesdays have helped me so much I understand the correct technique and have so much awareness regarding the exercises, and usually don't rely on anyone except barbell bench press. It's been a game changer.

Could you do a beginners abs video? Im a strong guy with a 205kg squat & 260kg deadlift at 85kg body weight but I am unable to do a single sit up due to anterior pelvic tilt. I am very tight and I am trying to stretch my quads, hip flexors and strengthen my hamstring and abs but I find it so so hard to train abs. I cant even do crunches to full range of motion. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.

Excellent video, as always Quick question on the Weighted Crunch: is there any significance between facing towards or away from the weight stack? Jeff Cavalier instructs to face away from the stack, while you instruct facing towards the weight stack. Also, where would you place land-mines in ab work?

I dont get all this sience based stuff Training aint that complicated, its quite easy. U workout, basic exercises and then u will grow based on ur genetics Theres no science that will help bad genetics. Im not hating im just speaking facts. Ur genetics is 99. 99999% of ur results FACTS

Hey Jeff, I've always seen people say that you can't train separately upper and lower abs while here you speak about different exercises, so what's the truth? Do different exercises train different parts of abs? Or is it just a way to burn fat in that area easier?

A great cue for training abs: remember that the rectus abdominus connects the front of your pelvis to the bottom of your sternum. So, don't think about moving your knees or your elbows - instead bring your chest toward your hips; or, your groin toward your nips.

I have seen the final exercise be frowned upon by physical therapists, as putting the spine in a twisted AND bent position at the same time can place a lot of stress on the spine, especially when done in weighted exercises like the Russian twist

I think a big part of the problem with crunches are the notion of doing them on the ground, and particularly an unpadded ground. The spine rolling up and down off a hard floor over and over again is a much bigger deal than pure, repetitive flexion.
