Please do a video with Elliot Hulse. He lives in Florida and his philosophy on training seems similar to yours. Just seems like it would be an insane video in terms of quality of content if you had a q/a or a workout session together

Great video Jeff Just wondering with the lunges, I was taught and see most people doing them without the knee touching the ground. Is there a difference between the two? I assume your knee not touching keeps more tension on the muscles worked

BRING ON THE SCIENCE-EXPLAINED VIDEOS I feel like a lot of the machines aren't suited for those of us that are shorter than the average person, even the adjustable machines don't really cater to us shorties.

Great content as usual Keep up the great work, I also like how you add the workout in the description box you should definitely do one for a push day since you already did one for pull day and leg day

Hi Jeff I'm having problem developing my VMO. Do you have any tips and tricks for getting that big teardrop? Would be awesome if you could talk about it in one of your videos. Keep up the good work

You are my goal man. Everyone always likes to say that you can't be muscular and thick unless you got the height for it. Thanks for being an inspiration for me to keep pushing forward and grow

Jeff, do you think i should switch my workouts every week or just keep adding weight on the movements I already do. Ive been working out for 10 1/2 months so Im not sure which one I should do.

Is there a reason you pull your reps quickly? Do you train legs with different intervals during your eccentric and concentric movements or does that not matter as much as people think?

Im digging the coaching footage. As a trainer, its helpful seeing how others walk their clients through movement cues to see how I can fine tune my own coaching abilities. Keep em coming

I would love to see a Science Explained on Fasted Resistence Training, I've heard that it helps so much with fat breakdown, but im somewhat skeptical, Love to hear your take Jeff
