Full Day of Eating While BULKING (Off-Season) Daniel Holt: With caffeine like he has you'd think his metabolism would be a lot faster with his workout. I personally don't have caffeine because it speeds up metabolism and makes the food bill cost more. I'm just getting back into it so a long term better estimate of calorie intake for periods such as cutting and maintaining/bulking I will be more exact with in the future. Everyone is different and has different metabolisms. Based on what I put together is based from the professionals. I experimented to bring up my metabolism with 3600 calories a day for 15 days beginning October 5th, 2017, with a break after the first 15 days, and then 6000 calories for 20 days where that 35 day period will be over on November 20th. That's to see if metabolism goes higher with higher calorie intake and retrain the hormone system. That's after years of doing a low calorie ketogenic diet one meal a day when I was broke but I figured out my finances and a cheap healthy plan. After November 20th I begin on a cutting phase of 2800 calories a day, mostly sitting activities, and 3 hours of workout 6 days a week averaging 155 heart beats a minute during workout. On some days that may be 3 hours of running, other days lots of lifting. After however many months of 3 months to half a year I hope to be cut to 6% bodyfat. Lots of running. Once I'm done cutting I will stay lean year round like 80 year old Clarence Bass who for decades has maintained 6% bodyfat year round with a total testosterone reading of 650 including in his early age 80s. I plan to maintain cut at 3600 calories to 4500 calories a day and plan to get to 220 to 250 pounds of fat free lean body mass in a year to 2 years. I'm 260 pounds of bodyweight right now fasted, 26. 1% bodyfat, and 192 pounds of fat free lean body mass at height 5'9. Longterm I plan to keep workout and running to no more than 2 hours a day but it could turn out to be a lot less. The running itself by that time will be no more than 20 minutes a day, including sprinting. By that time I will do lean bulking of staying cut while bulking, staying 6% bodyfat while bulking which I've done before. I've never been 6% bodyfat before but I've cut and bulked at the same time. I've also lean bulked where I gained muscle but didn't add any bodyfat. When I go into cutting I will have 174g of protein, 365g of carbohydrates, and 77g of fat at 2850 calories a day. Here's what your macros were from this video I copied and pasted from the other comment: MACROSProtein: 213gCarbs: 278gFat: 93g(Fiber 57g )Calories: 2691You said you are 171. 6 pounds at 19. 6% bodyfat here but to be exact I'd have to watch this video again. You have good proportions and good strength with good muscular development. According to that you have 138 pounds of lean body mass which is hard to believe, you look like you have more lean body mass than that.

Hey man I know you look like a chill dude. but you need to understand that Cholesterol and saturated fat has been a problem for years and yes even our Ancestors have died from Chronic heart diseases. I now that your trying to figure out a bypass to show that eggs are healthy but unfortunately its been proven that even Vegetarians can still have a 25% chance of getting Atherosclerosis. I know that Richard can be harsh but hes right. I know that you wouldnt challenge Richard to a debate because I know you dont wanna be embarrassed and I would hate for you to get you humiliated for challenging Richard because he has won Countless debates but if you do dont say I didnt warn you.

JeffN Just want it to be known that the egg yolk in the egg contributes to greater amounts of muscle protein synthesis due to the cholesterol content in which is the building block of all hormones in your body and will contribute to building hormones that will increase muscle protein synthesis. There also many important nutrients like choline to improve liver function which can intern lower stress hormones which can intern increase muscle protein synthesis further.

I'm 12 percent body fat, but my lower belly is still sticking out, and I always see these guys at 15 to 18 percent body fat. And there belly is still flat, and tight. I do vacuums all the time, is just because I have weak lower abs cause I always work on my abs, or is just cause I'm working my abs on a high body fat, and that's not good, cause it can make you belly stick out more. But body builders say to always work the abs even when bulking.

I love all of your content, I'm just curious what type of results would you expect from someone who is working out with a hypertrophy based plan, but not eating in a caloric surplus. For instance if you were in a slight to moderate caloric deficit but still had had a high protein intake could that still lead to hypertrophy or is a caloric surplus absolutely necessary?

Came here to see a full day of eating. Got a full day of advertising a watch, shopping, a bit of gyming and a lot of driving. oh with some eating. 'Not really processed because like no nitrates' - amount of nitrates doesn't equate to how processed a food is. More like 'not many additives' - so long as there weren't many other additives.

What research have you done on working out a particular body part/group every day? I don't feel like I'm getting enough umph out of my upper body day, specifically in my chest and shoulders. So, I was thinking about doing light/bodyweight exercises every day to bolster my hypertrophy. Thanks in advance for your advice, Brandon Conner

I have to disagree, Jeff. eggs raise cholesterol. My triglycerides and LDL were over normal and i cut those numbers in half by stopping yolks and going egg whites only. Statin med stayed the same. I'd literally review this with you for proof. Dietary cholesterol does impact blood cholesterol - and not by a little bit.

It's called a vlog for a reason guys, he never said the video was strictly a full day of eating, he said welcome to the vlog which means there's gonna be more than just eating, also, his sponsors pay him to advertise, that's the point of a sponsor, stop hating just cause you have none and he does
