Jeff, have you ever considered how much packaging and plastic you produce per week? By the looks of it, you produce a ton of plastic each week, are you aware of the consequences? I can't even imagine the amount of garbage you have to throw away every week. Also, free-range chickens are grown more ethically, but throwing away ) 8/10 of the yolks every time. sounds like if you had no respect for the chickens bro. that is food wasting at its finest. I've been a fan for a long time and respect your scientific approach to training and nutrition but dude you need to sit back and think about the impacts of your eating/lifestyle habits. You have such an immense following and you could really contribute to a more environmental-friendly lifestyle with your influence on your followers. Why not be more scientific in other aspects of life, other than training and nutrition? I am for sure not the only person who would be happier for it. Cheers and keep it up

Im a Veterinarian in South Africa, and here is my opiniom on the eggs. Free range eggs are indeed a marketing title. The create the idee that these chickens run around in a green field all day and are just happy and thus lay these wonderful eggs, which is not true. If you are supplying eggs to a supermarket franchise, you cannot NOT have an intensive egg production. The reality is that these chicken are essentially still confined to small spaces buy would probably have some restricted access to the outside world, however not in a way that they would sell it as. So yea, it is better than what we call battery chickens where they are kept in small cages 24/7, but dont be fooled by the idealistic image that marketers are creating.

i think you should go to the farm and meet the chicken you want to get your eggs from. you should talk to it and apologize to it for your white male - human privilege. also apologize for all men (probably white) who have enslaved and exploited chickens throughout time for their eggs and, indeed, their flesh. Then every year take 86% of everyones earnings (not yours of course) and give it to the chickens. Omelette Reparations. if youre still wracked with guilt at eating their eggs you can lay the chicken down on a bed of hay and roses and make sweet love to it. No blowjobs cuz chickens dont have lips.

I hate when people pretend to care about the treatment of animals. It's either a big thing to you or its not. To him it's not and that's okay. He mentions this a bunch either to sound good to vegan listeners or to feel good about himself but in the end this guy eats so much damn meat over his lifetime that it just sounds silly to do the nice guy act. If animals dying bothers you that much then stop eating meat 100 percent, otherwise keep eating it and quit telling yourself/others what you or them want to hear

That's great to hear you mention the ethical aspects of meat: ) in all seriousness though, the poultry don't have an amazing life either tbh: / neither does pork. Regardless of what they tell you about rearing they're still going to kill them in the end. And is there a right way to kill something that doesn't want to die? Wondering if you've ever thought to experiment with tofu, tempeh or seitan as a protein source? Instead of meat. Seitan can be dressed up however you want and is comparable protein wise.

For the same reasons I dont like how the treat the animal when they are farming them but definitely free ranged could be bad due to the changes not being too drastic and they could still be caged. You might be inclined to do more research on the farm where you get those eggs to see if they are keeping their word. Poor chickens

Can you also make a video about cooking stuff? Since i kinda know whats good to eat and this video really helped reassure that take on it, but i still sometimes just dont know what to do with the meat, fish etc. for example and just eat it plain or with a light sauce made from some milk or whatever. It gets really hard eating the same and being able to see what you cook from the stuff would be super helpfulThanks for all the work: )
