Hey Jeff, really enjoyed the video But wondering this: how hard is it to gain when your sleep is not proper (5-6hours a night? I have restless legs syndrome really bad which interferes with my sleep really bad. I'm almost certain that's the reason why I just won't gain (since everything else is spot on-according to science. Spent so much money on stuff and supplements to counteract RLS and to improve my sleep. Can you make a video about sleep and gains?

Jeff Nippard How often do you eat junk food, or do you even eat that at all? Is it ok to sometimes eat something bad because you just crave for it and what is too much food of that sort? That might be a nice video that would elaborate on the points you mentioned here, around the diet plan having to be variable in what you eat, but more static and what macro amounts you eat.

7: 29 you talk about separating high-protein mixed meals 5-6 hours, but I see lots of muscular people doing 16: 8 or 20: 4 or OMAD (Terry Crews does 16: 8 IIRC, does IF change a person's metabolic situation? Are you familiar with any literature that specifically compares distributed feeding to TRF in trained individuals and their effects on body composition?

my cyropractor told me that if you want to maximize the good fats in the flax seeds, then you need to grind them and eat/drink them right after. I was told that the double bindings in the fat chains would go harsh after a short amount of time after blending. (maybe like 1-2 hours)

8: 57 Replace with cottage cheese? Not a chance I mean, that is great if it is your thing and all, but for me, I can much better stomach the protein shake as opposed to cottage cheese. Too disgusting. Good info As for the diet that is 4 out of 10, show us a 10 out of 10 example.

4: 45 flax seeds are a good source for omega 3? Did Bro-Jeff write that part of the script? They mainly contain ALA and not the actually beneficial fatty acids EPA and DHA. Also the body can only convert around less than 5% of ALA into the active omega 3 fatty acids.

Tilapia is generally farm raised so thats a no go for me. You mentioned you eat quite a bit more fruit nowadays which surprised me. I thought youd go more for veggies over them. How much percent of your diet would you say is fruit? Say hi to Stephanie for me. Love her

One mistake - you said you need to increase deficit as metabolism adapts. Some might understand it as metabolism adaptations make you stop losing weight in a calorie deficit. You mean to adjust calorie input/output to get back into deficit, as metabolism adapts.
