Please note: This video was filmed March 9, 2020. We do not currently recommend training at public gyms in the USA or Canada. Shaun: Hi Jeff. really like your content. I've adjusted my workout to follow your coaching. I'm wondering if you have any advise or routine for people who don't necessarily have a lot of time every week to workout but still wanna achieve some gains. I really enjoy working out but most of the time I only workout on two days a week cause I just don't have the time

Just did an at home pull workout yesterday. I dug my perfect pullup bar out of storage and I have a straight bar with old cement weights with the plastic outer shell for bent over rows and curls. I watched your at home workout video and will definitely be watching it a few more times in the following weeks. Thanks Jeff, always an inspiration

Jeff what do you think of the supplement bulbine natalensis? It was on offer when I bought it very cheap so I thought Id try it. Its marketed to boost test(I know most stuff doesnt work) but I think it does work. It definately does something I can feel it. Feel like Ive been progressing fast and other effects youd expect from higher test

Hi jeff, can you make video about resistancebands or powerbands? With the corona virus I can only train at home. And I want to know if there is some studies about resistance bands or power bands, how effective they are to building muscle. And compared to weights.

Love the assisted band chins. He is so right the pump is amazing. And by first using the band I eventually got up to 27 consecutive chins without the band And as he says a great pump with the band

That one arm pull down is totally worthless. As soon as the trainee shifts his body in the other direction as displayed in the video all the tension leaves the area he is trying to work.
