This is pretty bad man, all you are doing is taking regular talking points but you don't have any actual evidence. Have not seen a shred of evidence of why kiwi is better than anything elseKiwi has highest fiber content. okay? Zero evidence exists on this planet that this is actually beneficial or why. You are literally repeating words that have no evidence. Vitamin C. Okay who cares that's any fruit or many vegetables. You are also eating sugar with your Vitamin C which will make it less effective overall anyway. The rest of the minerals again who cares. absolutely nothing special plus again you are eating it with sugar and a ton of water so the effectiveness is again diminished. You are trying to make the point kiwi is the real superfood but this video is literally proving the opposite.

I feel like you can eat anything and it will help you to grow muscles as long as the food has high quality and being natural. I am working as a Student in Cologne's best Burger Restaurant. I know where the potatoes and meat come from. It has very good goooood quality. I eat once a day milk, oats, banana, peanut butter and tonsils as breakfast. And if I am not at work I eat Bolognaise or Rice with pease, brocolli and chicken at home. But 3, 4 days in a week I am working and I always eat there at least 400g Burgers with 400g French Fries. I go workout 5-6 times a weak. Doing this since 1 month. And dude, I got results, that is crazy. I never looked so buff.

You should mention the importance of vitamin c in collagen synthesis. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body forming connective tissue of tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles. Collagen supplements are not an effective way to increase overall collagen in ones body. Collagen is incredibly important for weight lifters as it forms the major component of the framework for muscle tissue. You should also look at kiwi compared to guava. Guava has nearly 10x the vit. A and 2+x vit. C compared to kiwi. A one cup serving of guava contains 628% rda of vitamin c which can help immensely with muscle recovery.

Happily in my country we consume it a lot, and one more thing it's a way to eat your kiwi, but try to eat it with its skin on not off or just inside of itDon't peel itHere people usually peel it with kinves but me and a small number of people eat it with its skinIt is not very annoying to get it with skin brother, just put off the harsh part(I mean where by which is installed to a tree's branch. And if those hairy stuff on it disgust you scratch them and remove them with kinfe then eat it with skinCuz as far as I know, all the great stuff you mentioned is twice more in the skin

I always loved Kiwi. I still do, but after last year I discovered I am somehow allergic or sensitive to it after drinking Kiwi and Vegy shake. I started coughing like crazy, my eyes were watery, I couldn't breath properly. When I think about it, I had the same effect but a lot less severe when DRINKING Kiwi in juice or mixes when I was growing up. Now, I don't have problem EATING kiwi but I can not DRINK it. I don't know how is that possible though. The funny thing is that I am not allergic to ANY food that I know of, only Kiwi: D

Its Chinese name directly translates as Macaca Peach, named after a species of monkeys. I think it's common knowledge in China that Kiwis are king of Vitamin C, at least it's what my mom told me when I was a kid. I'm not as aware of the rest of its nutrional profile though. I've been eating one Kiwi each morning for the past couple of years simply because it's quite convenient to eat, aside from the V-C content. The golden variation is sweeter but I don't know if the nutritional value is the same with the green ones.

A balanced diet isn't to eat veg, fruit, cereals, oh and ice cream, pizza, crisps etc. but rather a balanced diet is to get a balance of good protein, good carbs and good fats from good, healthly food sources. That's what a balanced diet means. Not some of this veg and ice cream for pudding. The body doesn't not even recongise processed food as food forgoodness sake. Anyway, so what's this about kiwis?

Bro, watching you spoon that shit out is making me so mad hahahahaahaha, just wash it well, put a little pressure into it and the hair will come off it with ease, and than enjoy it with the skin as you would an apple. It has ever more vitamins and fiber in the skin. Healthier and easier to eat, just made your life easier, thank me later guys

The overall goal of a healthy diet should be to include a variety of foods The goal of a healthy diet should be to provide your body with exactly the correct nutrition to satisfy its needs. If that involves eating a variety of foods, then so be it, but eating a variety of foods should not, itself, be a goal.
