This is a skinny to muscle body transformation of about 3 years from when I was 17 years old to 20 years old. I wanted to show people what a realistic and natural body transformation looks like if you are consistent with your training and diet. Growing up I was always skinny and struggled a lot to gain weight. It seemed like I would have to eat a ridiculous amount of food in order to gain a little bit of muscle. I tried everything and anything, including drinking 2 gallons of milk a day for a period of time (not fun at all. Eventually I put on some size and decided to do a dirty bulk. I later realized that this was a horrible idea. I put on tons of fat and not very much muscle, which caused me to be depressed and less motivated to continue working out. I struggled to lose the fat for a long time until I tweaked my training and began incorporating HIIT mainly in the form of sprinting and HIIT circuits. I found that this helped me tremendously for fat loss and is now the main method I use when I cut. This is what led me to start HIITyourbody. com. I'm now a personal trainer and in my last year of Kinesiology, and I've found that HIIT provides my clients with the best results. You're an inspiration. I'm struggling with being skinny fat, been working out for 2 years and still, though I have grown in strength, my build still isnt wholesome. I attribute this to not eating enough but at the same time, I have a body fat % of 21. So I'm kinda stuck in a dilemma.
