In this video Ill take you through my typical intermittent fasting workout. In this case, Im doing a chest and triceps workout. The good thing about using intermittent fasting training is that it boosts your catecholamine levels which theoretically increases fat mobilization during your workout, leading to greater fat loss. When paired with the catecholamine increase we see during heavy weight lifting, you can see why its ideal to workout during intermittent fasting. The best incline press for me is Dumbbell incline press. I get heavy with the incline barbell press but my upper chest doesnt activate well but my strength does increase. Then I switched to Dumbbell incline and my upper chest just ballooned. Only problem is I cant get too heavy. Getting 85 lbs dumbbells above my chest is hard so thats the heaviest Ive gone. I really hate the smith press machine for presses.

Great video Jeremy. I love your stuff. Anyway, I was just trying to switch from a 4 day chest/tri's, back/biceps, legs, shoulders split to a 4 day upper/lower, upper/lower split after I watched your video on optimal training frequency. Today was actually my first day on it and can honestly say it felt great but also kicked my ass. Which split do you normally use? The former or the latter.

Hi Jeremy, I'm curious as to whether you have changed your view about weight lifting while in a fasted state? In your My Full Training Routine video, you say that you work out during your feeding window. Do you no longer recommend weight lifting while fasted? Or does it depend on whether your primary goal is fat loss vs muscle growth? Thanks!

Why are you showing your face while explaining now. Don't follow the other guys who use the time to explain with focusing on their face, it's not necessary. Please continue to explain and present while the same time demonstrating the activities without focusing on your face. Keep it short like you use to do. We always like your video. Tq bro.

She is naturally skinny and lanky. Not toned at all so her workouts are probably garbage. Judging by her 50 sets of texting activating her fingers 30 seconds each set. I can assume she has increased her strength in finger banging. Love your videos nonetheless

I started back working out about 2 mth ago trying yo lose body fat while building muscal. All tho its a short time to measure any result i seems to be gaining weight. Should i be on any fat burning suppliments to help burn fat? Any Recommendations?

Fact incline bench on a Smith was one of Jay Cutlers favorite upper chest workouts. I agree for incline Smith I have an extreme mind muscle connection! Idk if its bc Im not focusing on bar path bc its a Smith but I get an insane pump!

Don't get one thing: in another video, he recommended no more than 6 sets per muscle group per session. Isn't that way more? Take the chest, you have something like 15 or so.
Am i missing something?

Bro, I'm doing OMAD. Try to get 100g protein in my meal. Will my body able to absorb all of the proteins or need to do the 16: 8 so that i can eat 3 times in feeding windows?

I was gonna go for free wights for incline cuz I was using smith machine, but I am not gonna listen what people say about smith machine.
