If youve ever lowered your body fat enough, you may have noticed that you have uneven abs (or crooked abs. In this video Im going to discuss how to fix uneven abs. There are a variety of types of uneven abs, with each having their specific causes for being uneven. Uneven abs can be caused by genetics, uneven fat distribution or unbalanced training, improper mind-muscle connection, and body imbalances like scoliosis. Unfortunately, if you have staggered abs (not lined up from side to side, this cannot be fixed as this is determined genetically. But dont worry, if you get your body fat down to a low enough level, even uneven abs are very attractive and in fact most people have asymmetrical abs as opposed to perfectly symmetrical. 0: 47 = Misaligned abs from side to side (1st type) 1: 57 = Uneven abs from top to bottom (2nd type) 3: 30 = One side of abs more defined than the other (3rd type) I have a four pack. My abs are very low down and weirdly spaced out. But where my upper abs are supposed to be theres a bone a bit like a rib. I have searched it up loads of times but never find an answer. The closest thing ive seen to them is floyd mayweathers abs. It might be because im not fully grown but does anyone have an answer?

Congratulations on your new gym and thank you so much for all of your quality videos. I've watched all of them and l'm implementing a lot of what I learned in my own personal workouts. I'm slowly progressing. I'm 50 years old and 64kgs and suspect have a height similar to yours (around 173cm. I'd love to know where I can get a tank top like the one's you wear in your videos.
Important question: What brand of tank top do you wear? I'm a fellow Canadian in South Korea, but I've scoured all the major sports retailers in North America and can't seem to find a decent fitting tank top like yours.
Where can I get that tank top that you wear in your videos (the blue or gray?

Im fairly lean, but you cant really see my abs?
I think its genetics, but I only have like 11 line abs they ask separate in the middle, so they kinda pop out.
Sometimes in light, you can see a bit of lining, or different definition.
Is it my genetics?
Ill try to thicken them, and train them.

Help! I had decent abs but stopped working out for a while I then woke up one morning and noticed my ab In the middle on my right side basically vanished I can still feel my abs but the middle right one is just flat!

I have uneven abs from how I lay on my surfboard, I lay in a position that works one side more, and one of my abs is bigger than the rest, but after doing abb exercises I have noticed it becoming more even

I see my four top abs at 18 % bodyfat, but only the bottom two at like 10 - 12 %. I am lucky with bulky symmetrical abs but my chest has a slight gap, but thats it. Cannot get everything

My abs rn are that Shawn Michaels type. It's just the lines, and it's decreasing. Now I have a better looking abs. The bone abs.
I should really continue working out now.

this made me feel way more confident about my abs mine have always been uneven and i thought i had to train more and stuff because i wasnt working hard enough

My abs are not uneven but I think that my right obliques are bigger than the ones in the left side and that makes my abs go slightly at the left side

You used to give just quality scientific information like this why did you change and tell person what they want to hear not what they need to hear
