After warmup, I walked on 3 speed for 2 or 3 minutes and then did sprints on 10. 4 speed for 30 seconds. likewise I did 5 sprints. but when I stopped after 30 minutes my knee started paining. I don't know why. I am using 3% inclined treadmill. Today is 3rd day now and after each workout my knee starts paining. Could someone please guide me why this is happening? And should I continue to do workout on treadmill or what?

When I was a little kid, my sister was on a treadmill and I wanted to get on with her, so I stepped on sideways and immeaditly fell and took her out with me. We never have used a treadmill since. After 12 years im gonna start using them again.

You don't burn fat quick by running fast on a treadmill, that's nonsense. You burn fat when your body is in a fasting state and sleeping. if you are loaded up on carbs and jump on a treadmill your not in a fat burning stage yet.

Im skinny fat. 185 cm 68kg. I do a upper lower split 4 days a week. Can I run on my rest day to make sure I get rid of my fat while bulking up? I'm on a calorie surplus 5000 calories per day. Amazing videos ty
