If you want a well-defined, impressive looking six pack then you need to incorporate weighted abs exercises into your ab training routine! These exercises allow you to easily progressively overload your abs with weight in order to grow your abs and get them to pop out more. In this video Ill be going through the 4 best weighted ab exercises, and show how you can incorporate them into an weighted ab routine. I often get asked if you should do ab exercises with weights, and in my opinion if you want your abs to pop then using a weighted ab routine is a must! solid video and tips, nutrition is always the main factor, if your body fat percentage isn't low enough then you won't see anything. And people forget or don't realize your abdominal are muscles so they need to be worked out like any other muscle on your body. great video

It pains me to see people smashing a million crunches thinking it can burn fat failing to realize that burning fat doesn't work that way. Treat your abs just like you treat any other muscle in your body. With a good diet you'll have the abs you want.

When Jeremy says:
You can do all the ab training you want but its not gonna help you if you have a layer of fat
Does that mean anyone who is overweight shouldn't do ab training or is it important for everyone to do it?

I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

Treat your abs as any other muscle. Use weights. I was fine with that. Then, do this 3x weekly. I feel like listening to my wife. Confusing information

Can I do the 30 mins cardio and this afterwards? Im just new to gym so figuring out my routine. I have belly fat that I want to focus on.

Do NOT keep your back straight when doing cable crunches! You need to curl your spine when going down if you actually want to hit the Abs.

For someone who has no access to gym (or cant afford gym, can you please suggest weighted abs movements with Dumbbells ONLY?
