In this video I go through the most important things I wish I knew before I started training. These beginner workout mistakes slowed down my progress tremendously, and I easily would have saved 2-3 years of training if I had known these beginner lifter mistakes as a gym noob before I started training. I guarantee that this video will be very useful for beginner lifters out there, and if you learn from my common gym mistakes youll be able to progress much faster than other beginner lifters. I learned something valuable yesterday. Training is not right for a lot of people.
I began three weeks ago and the days off I'm very sick, can't sleep due to a lot of cortisol, and generally very stressed.
So I'm literally going to have to change my entire workout and just do some light cardio, and some stretching.
Main thing is walking and yoga, Qigong for bringing in energy and dancing for fun.
My realisation that working out is not always beneficial to all people

I did all these mistakes. Im on year four of training and barely anything to show for it. Personally didnt take lifting very seriously, but since I bought my own gym equipment, I went from 3 days to 6 days in the gym and have gotten a lot stronger. Im cutting right now to get lean again. Im almost to my goal which is 100 lbs, but abs arent showing yet so I might go down to 90. Then lean bulk and stick to a good diet Ill be bulking in the next month or two once I hit low body fat!

What i learned is that if you are not a professional bodybuilder then dont follow bodybuilding techniques at all, i follow MMA training method, it involves a lot of Compound movement exercises and you can even gain muscles by just doing Landmine exercises. I combined Landmine exercises with Barbell heavy weight, fast tempo, control eccentric movements and vola you gain gain muscles without losing stamina or athletic ability. I also included 2 handed sword workout.

As for the mind-muscle connection - totally true. I feel like I had been gathering the understanding and the feeling of my chest muscles for years, piece by piece, and only after I started to feel it, it started to grow.
If you started to workout and don't see results within 2 month, look for mistakes, get a trainer, ask somebody to explain you, like a teacher.

An actual real person, telling their truth about working out, with no super objective or product placement. This is how it was back in the dawning of youtube, before it became a thing to post videos and try to be famous. 1000% authentic dude, sharing his experience. You're a champion. Thanks Brah!

Thanks for sharing your mistakes. Indeed, counting calories has worked magic for me, in terms of being able to achieve a caloric deficit and lose weight. Now my challenge is to figure out how to grow my chest. :) Thanks for all your videos!

I miss this kind of content from you. The earlier videos just seem so natural and not flashy. But of course the current contents are okay, just saying seeing you simply talking is enough for me

Thank you very much for sharing your experience about bodybuilding. I really, really appreciate your Priceless efforts to make this video available to us, especially me.
Have a nice day

Heres the best tip you will ever get: Dont compare yourself to Instagram or YouTube lifters because most are eating tren bologna sandwiches for lunch and 1000mgs of test for dinner
