The quick fat loss is impressive. But clearly the lighting is completely different in the two photos whether it's just a different angle under the lights or deliberate photoshop to highlight the shadows in the after photo and reduce contrast in the before photos. I'm sure the before and after photos would still be striking without it so I don't understand why every single fitness youtuber does this to mislead people

Is it possible for you to build muscle while cutting because of the weightlifting. I am a really fat person but I am not strong whatsoever my bench max is 95 and I want to start cutting but I am wondering if I cut and dont gain any muscle from the lifting I would look skinny with no muscle definition. I have lifted before for sports but not religiously or even daily.

I ate 1000-1500 calories a day (1-2 days was even below 1000) its been 10days and i lost 3. 5kgs. I do cardio almost everyday sometimes HIIT or i just walk 6kms. I also go to the gym to do workouts. I must say i gotten stronger each day. I try to eat high calorie foods but sometimes fail to reach my protein goal. But still very happy with the progress.

Would the refeed day help even if your around 20% body fat? Im currently cutting after going thru my bulkin phase but was wondering if I can have one day a week where I dont have to worry about my macros as long as Im under my calorie target

Just wondering, any recommendations on the weight you guys use to measure body fat? I was doing a bit of research online, but cant really find anything (some so called body fat measurements but they are more like a normal weight)

Your whole higher reps and lighter weights will make you look flat is incorrect, its about hypertrophy, body builders have been using this method for the longest, as well as heavy weights low reps, its all about balance

Just one question about the device used to asses the Body Fat: did you use a DXA scan or a weight scale only. Because the differences are very important. Thank you.
