Congratulations on your new gym and thank you so much for all of your quality videos. I've watched all of them and l'm implementing a lot of what I learned in my own personal workouts. I'm slowly progressing. I'm 50 years old and 64kgs and suspect have a height similar to yours (around 173cm. I'd love to know where I can get a tank top like the one's you wear in your videos.
Important question: What brand of tank top do you wear? I'm a fellow Canadian in South Korea, but I've scoured all the major sports retailers in North America and can't seem to find a decent fitting tank top like yours.
Where can I get that tank top that you wear in your videos (the blue or gray?

I mix EAA's (which have BCAA in them plus some others, basically) and Whey Protein together. So far so good, it feels like recovery improved by a day or so. Sometimes i'd be lagged behind and not feeling up to doing a workout after a week. With this stuff i've yet to have an off day. I don't fast or anything like that, just regular exercise with a focus on bench press in particular.

Ive been a natural bodybuilder for 8-9 years. Ive done 8 shows and have placed well and I can tell you, it makes zero difference Ive went years using BCAA/EAA and years without. Made ZERO difference in my body composition. Make sure youre getting enough protein from whole food sources and save your money. 90% of the supplement industry is just there to make money.

Pasturaised egg's cause more muscle tissue growth than BCAA's. If you just like the flavour of BCAA's don't do the ones with just the 3 2. 2. 1 ratio whatever, go with the full 9 essential amino's minimum don't settle for anything less, let those greedy companies go out of business the ones that just sell the 3 amino's, as they are scamming.

This was SO heplful! Many many thanks. This has saved me the money ($40) I would have spent on BCAAs, when I already have a 5 lb jug of whey protein in my arsenal: ) I'm hoping that if I can handle way protein while I lift, that I won't get the yawns like I usually do if I just drink water.

the studies are hilarious lol BCAA should always be a addition to whey proteins or any other proteins. BCAA spark protein synthesis when taken with proteins. there are useful during workout and before workout and right after workout they fight muscle breakdown and help recovery and endurance

I always assume that BCAA supplements are meant to be taken in addition to food and protein, not in place of it. After all its only 3 of the essentials so you obviously need to add more protein to the equation It BCAAs are the only thing you take, Im not surprised they dont work.

Question: If i wanted to reach my protein intake for the day (say 15g left) can i just consume 15g worth of BCAA since it almost has a 1: 1 protein ratio (15g BCAA = 15g Protein? Any difference if i just take it for the sake of protein since it tastes nice and fruity?

fasted traininig in itself doesn't cause muscle loss as your body is in a natural state of growth hormone during fasted state and your body breaks down muscle only as a last resort while it eats up Carbs and fat's first.

Fun fact did you know whey protein is actually not as beneficial for muscle growth as liquid proteins cause you to urinate it out of your body, always go with food for growth, like Eggs as an example.
