Are there any issues with alternating between workout a and b? For example, Monday: workout a, Wednesday: workout b, Friday: workout a, Monday: workout b, etc.

Can I do this training 4 times a week? Because I really cant seem to find a workout that I can stick on and this one I kinda like it so yeah idk what to do

Only problem is i cant do pullups. i'm doing lat pulldowns instead will that work? also why not core workout my belly is the main problem.

Just tried this training. It overall not too bad but for me it really really lacks chest. Only one excercise is a too low volume for me
