I'm a beginner so this may be a dumb question but is ok to do all these workouts then go over to biceps in the same day? I'm aiming to do 5 days but it's kinda difficult knowing which muscle groups I can do and when. For instance, for 5 days should I do chest and arms on the same day? or should I do chest and triceps than biceps with smth else? Not sure if this helps but I'm 19, 5'9, and around 170 lbs

1: 27 closegrip dumbbell press (3-4 sets of 6-8 reps heavy)
2: 57 incline dumbbell kickbacks (3-4 sets of 10-15 reps)
4: 13 incline dumbbell overhead extension (3-4 sets of 10-15 reps)
5: 24 closegrip dumbbell pushups (2-3 sets of 15+reps)

There's a meaning when we add 'dumbells only'. that completely refers home workouts.
