Eating only recommended serving sizes for a day. Daniel Deal: You should try Intermittent fasting. I do a 20/4 (warrior diet) which is 20 hours of fasting and eat your TDEE calories within a 4 hour period. No calories inside of the 20 hours. Workout inside the fasting window. Naturally increases human growth hormone by the end of your fast.

By using ceramic bowls, glass cups, and metal cutlery, your portions are actually far smaller than they should be. You should put a piece of saran wrap down on the scale and directly place it on next time if you are to do this again.

The healthier foods give you more bang for your buck if following serving sizes. I am down 48 lbs. In 2 months and 5 days so far. Only 72 lbs to go then lift to gain 20 lbs. Muscle then maintain after that.

I bought a 90 pack of pizza rolls and jokingly looked at the serving size and it said 6 rolls, a 90 packs lasts me 2 servings. Im 63 and extremely underweight at 125-30 and i still eat that much.

I workout and my muscles are getting bigger but they don't have a normal shape like my arms are just turing into very hard tubes like there is muscle there it just looks weird.

I love the video, really do. but I REALLY hope (being a math nerd here) that you weighed the bowl, bowl with cereal, cup, etc. then added the weight of the serving size.

What is with Matt and the number 6, first when hes eating a snack he says thats like 6 peanuts and at lunch he says thats 6 pieces of pasta
