Hi there, I just wondered how you dealt with working out when your son was a new born? I seem to just have no chance at all to get to the gym It's been 6 weeks and all I've done is home workouts If you realistically only have 2-3 days to workout, would you go for all compound type workouts even if I've been working out for years? Sick vid as always Matt, I asked about the SARMs so thanks for replying to me I guess I worded it badly - the direction I meant was do you think other athletes in the industry will 'open up' more about any enhancing drug use, who previously haven't discussed it?

regarding the stubborn fat question. during the year i was on a cut i went down to 68kg and i was even able to see abs, but i still had fat on the sides and lower back. How much down do i need to get to get rid of that, or do i need to do like a lean bulk then cut again

Another great video matt, can you do a video on gym essentials that you recommend, ie weight belt, squats shoes? looking to invest in a pair shoes and belt. Also the hybrid program is going well week one done Really enjoying it Keep up the great work

You can build muscles without gaining fat so ur wrong here thats a misleading answer love ur content but just thought Id say as long as u keep ur calories at maintenance and as u keep gaining muscle eat a tiny amount more each month or so
