Hi there, I just wondered how you dealt with working out when your son was a new born? I seem to just have no chance at all to get to the gym It's been 6 weeks and all I've done is home workouts If you realistically only have 2-3 days to workout, would you go for all compound type workouts even if I've been working out for years? regarding the stubborn fat question. during the year i was on a cut i went down to 68kg and i was even able to see abs, but i still had fat on the sides and lower back. How much down do i need to get to get rid of that, or do i need to do like a lean bulk then cut again

You can build muscles without gaining fat so ur wrong here thats a misleading answer love ur content but just thought Id say as long as u keep ur calories at maintenance and as u keep gaining muscle eat a tiny amount more each month or so
