I feel like teens and young guys watch this stuff and feel like it s normal. Even if you hit the gym 7 days a week with a full body workout, do cardio, work a construction job, play a sport and live in a 8 floor apartment with no elevator you have no reason to take in 4000 calories. So many people lift and have guts because they over eat. I m am a follower of this dude and I m not saying he s on juice, but unless your dirty, dirty, DIRTY ass bulking you do not need 4000 calories. Of course there are hard gainers, but that s the minority
