Insane Back, Biceps, and Traps Workout Routine - Medium Pull Workout hambazumbaa: Hey, I hace a qustion. I sort of injured my shoulder joint, it has snaps from ttime to time now. Is there any certain exercise i should/shouldnt do(it makes no pain when the snap happens, just sound, and i try to do everything so that there is as litle snaps happening? In advance ty for our answer and all the advices for us hardgainers; )

If its just a noise and you're not feeling pain then it's probably nothing more than the same thing we get from cracking our knuckles. However, I would advise that you seek your physician for any advise on training with an injury.
