Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps Routine - Push Workout (Medium Day) musclemonsters: I would say no. simply because the chest training and some of the shoulder training will already put stress on the triceps and the isolation work is basically just a way to -finish them off-. Not to mention, if you train triceps first, it is going to hurt your chest and shoulder training quite a bit.

Is this full workout, or you just present by one set of each excercise? I mean Shall i do all this x3 or exactly as you presented?
