My husband is looking to gain muscle weight and this is very useful for him but he could use A LOT of help. Any pointers for someone just starting out? It's hard for me to help him bcz I am the opposite (meaning I am working on loosing weight instead)

Good vid! I do similar shakes too! A good way to push it to 1000 calories is to add olive or coconut oil. About 1/4 cup. (4 tbsp at 120 cals per serving. Simple and easy way to add in extra cals

May i know you got any simple ingredient in high calorie shake without any protein powder that you can recommend me? I want to gain weight fast i m too skinny. Weight 50kg and height 180cm.

hey. is it necessary to work out regularly to gain weight? i mean just eating and consuming high calories isnt enough? also can you tell how to increase my appetite. :)

what if i can't find any protein powder, is it ok to discard it? or are there alternatives. how many times do you drink it in a day?
