I've tried many diet plans and nothing has worked to help me gain weight. Hopefully this will help, I'm trying to hit 180 by next August. (I weigh 156 right now, and my metabolism is sky high because of all the conditioning I do for sports)

22 years old; been working out for 6 months now and I've gone from 128 lbs to 155: D is this a normal or pretty good increase?
