icant sleep without white noise or the a/c engine going. if its to quiet i cant sleep. im in new york so the engine drowns out the car alarms. people screaming for help and gunshots

What if your someone like me where my shift starts at 3: 30 am? I get up at 2 am, leave at noon, go to the gym at 12: 30 and be at home no later than 2.
