I know this video have some time now but I'm starting gym again and this one is like the 3rd time, the difference now is that I'm trying to do every single exercise the correct way and I'm feeling them much better and my body is responding in a much better way too, but I'm still struggling with chest exercise. I have never had a strong or big chest, and I'm trying hard this time but I can't feel the chest that much and I want to ask all of you people, would it be best to lower the weigth so I can press -only- with my chest as I feel like my shoulders are working harder than my chest? or should I keep lifting heavy weigths and my chest would somehow catch up with the rest of the muscles involved?
As I don't have strength in my chest, it is so hard for me to focus and feel the exercise like I do with biceps, triceps and so, and I would appreciate some help or tips to try and improve this.

I have a huge question. i had a friend tell me, to turn your hands towards you and then bench press that way too. not sure if I'm saying that right. but, what I mean is, rather than how you normally hold the bar, you hold it the opposite way, turning your hands the other way. the bench press. he said that works on the center part?

Hi I was wondering if you can share the link for that one video where you talk about working your core and two more body parts for a more efficient workout. You also compared it with home many workers or men working is that compared to.

I just started doing dumbbell bench press before watching this video. Never have tried dumbbell flies though. I always clink the dumbbells together at the to show myself I brought them in enough.

This is a fun and very educational video. Thanks so much. I always wondered why people think pushups are the best way for building chest muscles. Well, you clearly prove that it doesn't!
