This is crazy! Before this video 1mim 30sec was what I could have done and then following his instructions I did 3mins but I was in disbelieve approaching 3mins and lost focus so I may have been able to go longer! CRAZY!

My first try since maybe December 18 and I managed to get 3: 30, not bad but Im gonna try work my way back up to 5 from my last training
Update: got to 4: 10 today after a few more tries but timer ended haha,

I love you bro, I tries to swim 50m under water but I can endure only 1min. Without air. Now I hold it for 3minutes. LOL!
