This beach ready workout is 15 minutes long but it will help you both build strength and burn fat to help you get beach ready. One of the best ways to get that beach body is to build sexy muscle. For this beach ready body workout, there are 5 exercises. You-ll do each of the moves in this bikini workout for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 total rounds of this workout to get beach ready. If you are more advanced you can do 3 rounds of this beach body ready workout for a total of 15 minutes.
