This cardio booty workout will give you an awesome lower body cardio workout in a short amount of time. It-s a cardio workout for butt that combines glute based exercises with cardio blasts to keep your heart pumping. So let-s get this cardio and glutes workout going! Before you attempt the entire cardio workout for glutes, give each of the moves a try to get comfortable with them. There are 16 exercises in this cardio butt and thigh workout. You-ll do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise in the cardio butt workout. The total timeframe of this cardio and booty workout is 16 minutes, but if you-re really brave you can shoot for 2 complete rounds of this lower body cardio workout. Awesome video, very interesting and fun looking, plus pain but all worth it! I like changing it up for leg day too and I love hiit. Keep it coming please! Also I've always like how you explain modifications for almost all your exercise videos because I mostly workout at home. Thank you so much Melisa for sharing your techniques.
