The best workouts work your whole body. It saves time, burns more fat, and is overall more effective. So today we've got a challenging total body workout for you that we like to call our Women's Warrior Workout. It is inspired by Jaimie Alexander and her role in Thor: The Dark World. This full body workout is comprised of four moves that will strengthen your whole body and burn fat too. These total body exercises are: 1) Physioball Glute Extension - uses triceps and glutes 2) Explosive Obliques Exercise - start raising that heart rate 3) Woodchop Squat with Medicine Ball - get heart rate soaring and work the legs and glutes 4) Woodchop Lunge with Medicine Ball - additional work for the legs and glutes At the end of this cardio workout your body (especially legs) should be burning and your heart should be thumping!
