Great arm/shoulder workouts.
You are my favorite trainer in these videos. I like the way you really explain every move and warn about incorrect positionings that could cause injury.
Question. is there a exercise that I could swap out for move number 6? I don't have arm bands.
Thanks -

Just finished doing this routine---it's excellent. Really could use some new variations, and these are it. There's just enough cardio in the moves to make it a welcomed and worthwhile new arm workout. Love this. thanks, Susan.

I-d like the arms in the thumbnail but they are NOT muscular like the instructor-s arms. Pretty sure you get the arms in the thumbnail by keeping body fat extremely low-not by lifting weights.
