Please help those of us whoa to do your programs to be able. without blowing out a knee due to having collapsed arches and have little balance and over 50extra lbs on the frame. its a lot to juggle around the mat there.
Also Z. you keep pointing to the warm up videos in the corner. THERE AREN'T ANY THERE. LOL ITS REALLY QUITE FUNNY SILLY YOU. Perhaps you can look back over the video and put them in AND OR provide a link in the description to lead us right there. Thanx for the zgym that I've joined. Looking forward to lots of new videos. Thanks for saying tensing your abs and not sucking in cause for a really long time I thought that to pull your abs in meant sucking in your abs. lol So tired. I had to take a lot of breaks, I'm surprised I thought I was in better shape than that.

I think it would be better if you didn't slap your thighs on the jump tucks and instead let your knees go up. That, and land lightly in a half squat to protect your joints. Smooth and fluid: )

HOW is your stomach so flat all the time! Personally I struggle with bloating so I can go from thin to five months pregnant in hours.

I can't do the v-ups yet! I do knee ups instead for now. I have a hard breathing when I'm forcing my abs laying down. Any tip?
