I've never seen the kick-through pushups before, but what a great idea! I just tried them. They really do a good job working the obliques. Awesome! I'm excited to add this to my workout! Thank you!

As a ex-rugby player I wish try the kettle bells what is the ideal weight to start with. When playing I used to bench 165 kilo but at 56 years old I think kettle would be ideal to train at home

Great videos. Something Id like to see is a workout in realtime, I find it easier to follow an instructor instead of being told to do 3 reps of 10. Thanks!
