10 MINUTES to lean and toned arms AT HOME! Who's down for this beginner-friendly fat loss challenge? MeToo84: I've already lost 35lbs on my own, but don't want to have the excess skin blowing in the wind. Just came across this video and will be sure to do it as best I can, seeing how I can advance. The final ones are a BIT much for me now, so I adjusted these workouts. Ill update with progress! Currently 312. 2 on Nov 6th! 18in arm! -

I've done yoga, kickboxing, pilates, hop hop abs, for years and JUST this workout has given me better results in the past month than any of those workouts I've done before which is crazy. Jo makes it motivating and fun. This video is part of my daily routine every morning now -

Looks like a great, effective arm workout for something as short as 10 minutes. I can still feel quite a burn, and it was a bit of a cardio workout too. Can't wait to try it again!

(i-m doing this the days i can)
day1- i-m shaky but it wasn-t really hard.
day2- it was pretty easy except the box push-ups i need to get better at thoes

At 72 there were only a few exercises that I couldn-t do because of hardware in my wrist joints. I just found you on YouTube and really enjoy your routines.
