i have been not losing weight these past few weeks and it is frustrating me. I tried omad and I lose 10kg for 1 month and 1 week. From 81-70/71 kg. I-m also working out 30-40 min per day. Now i-m not losing weight. So i tried working out like 4-5 times a week. And have a rest day. I also tried egg diet but nothing changes. Please help meee i-m losing motivation to continue: (

Mr problem isn-t the -last pound- it-s the first 15. I can-t even lose a pound. I-ve literally been eating healthy and working out for two weeks. I took measurements yesterday to compare in another 2 weeks. hopefully I atleast am losing an inch or two. :( I-ve been having small treats, I ate super clean all day the other day and only had half of an ice cream bar that was 240 cals (coconut milk ice cream) so I had about 120 worth)
The only thing I can think of is the tiny bit of butter I use to make my hash browns! Potatoes stick together when they are shredded so i use a bit. but I-m coming from eating fast food 3x a day so I figured anything I do would be lower calorie than before. Ugh! I-m so stressed lol

I'm about to give up now. For years, because of my desire to lose weight, self-restrictions turned into eating attacks. I am sure that if someone else did the workouts that I have done until today, she would have a great body. But I can't and I don't want to give up. On the other hand, I do not have the power to continue, but I will follow your advices and update you every week. I hope I can do it this time. Wish me luck and thank you Jo: )

Check out Barbara Rolls, she-s a researcher who studies what makes us full and calorie density. She suggests starting a meal with brothy soup or salad. Yes watch higher calorie foods, but fill up so your stretch receptors don-t make you crave later. Eat more nonstarchy veggies, kale, broccoli, greens. Also thylakoids in green leafy veggies will help you feel full and eat less.

So the thing is I could go suites free if I lived alone but I can-t obviously because I am 15. If it-s not in the house I won-t need it and I usually won-t go out and buy it if I were to live on my own but I live with my family and they tend to buy sweets and that-s the issue for me. I need to learn self-control because when I go without the sugar I-m kind of fine.

Number 2! Oh Yasss. Today after my workout I eat 2 weetabix with berries. I wanted to eat more after that, another portion, I felt so hungry. but I did it! I restrained myself and while I was doing the dishes I wan't actually hungry anymore, so I guess it was everything in my mind and desire for more food --

I lost 37 pound and I-m so near my goal 110-108(rn I-m 119) I stopped loosing weight for some reason even tho I never changed anything and since that I started it working out and drinking more water I it-s not working I-m stuck at 119 it-s really making me sad I work so hard I-m not loosing this bit of fat please help: ////

I been working out for 2 weeks and 3 weeks almost 3 weeks. What am I doing worng. I didn't even have second servings. I am 202. I wanna be a 150 pound girl. I been drinking water on a daily basis. No snacking. I also watch my portions. What am I doing worng. Do I have to work out for a longer time? Someone let me know.

I've been trying to get this weight off I gained within 2wks and still can't shift it I drink water don't drink anything else and eat small meals but nothing is working, I am under alot of stress thouainlu with my weight as its very depressing because I kno this is not me xxx

thank you so much, i really needed this because ive been trying to lose weight since january and its april now, and so far i havent lost anything its super frustrating now that im eating healthy and i workout too, hopefully this will be a big help. thank you: )
