I'm so proud of myself. I did 3 of her workouts today and I will try to do it everyday until it becomes too easy for me. When it becomes too easy, I will move on to a harder workout. After power walking for an hour every morning outside, it just wasn't enough. I'm 230 lbs 5-11 and trying to get to 160. Your routines give me that extra push I really needed. Thanks -
