Thanks! Will add a couple of these into my routine, then change it up with a couple different others in a couple months. Off topic: I really dislike the current popular chunky trainers and am trying to go more minimalist. Because I do a variety of things in my workouts, I like my shoes to have grippy and durable tread. A combo that seems hard to find. Ive tried a few brands already but notice yours are pretty minimal too. Are they Asics for training? Any recommendations for a good trainer?

Thanks so much! Glutes are one of the largest muscles of the body, but often times the weakest on many many people. Myself included. until I started to address them with some of these exercises here in the video. They work! Man they work! My glute and hip muscles have come so far. Anyone wondering why they have back, knee or whatever pain, start with some glute work. It'll definitely make a difference and help to improve. Thanks so much. Such great form!

Love the mini band wall bridge. I never thought of it. Now I just have to nag my husband to make a wall like yours: ) Have used just about everything else for glute bridges: ) Band goblet squats really activate the glutes. Deficit curtsy lunge, I added hand weights and broke a sweat, yay, bonus! Love the airborne lunge because I am used to doing pistol squats. Thumbs up for everything! I love seeing Kiwi always!

Hi Cori. I learned some new moves again from your video. I also like the new background music. It sort of reminds me of my favorite band back when I was young. Remember Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass? You probably don't, right? Oh darn it, now I've given away my age! :-) have a great week!

I can't believe it! Literally just today I was thinking, -I really wish I could get a good video of glute exercises-. I had hip injury and have had weak glutes since. I seriously thought, -I wish redefining strength had a glute video-. Amazing timing.

The walk bridge is great! Remind me again the difference between using the band over your knees versus under your knees? I know that by the heels works the calves.

Thank you for always being so straight forward, taking the time to demonstrate, and leave the workouts (with time markers) in the description. -
