23 Stretches To Open Tight Hips And Improve Hip Mobility Redefining Strength Derek: Quite an interesting video with lots of variations. I have done it a couple of times now and am starting to get a feel for it. I have a couple of comments. 1. Definitely a missed opportunity to give a voice over on technique pointers. Several of these stretches require certain positioning for maximum benefit, something the beginner, me, might miss. 2. There are a lot of stretches here. Tough to hold concentration for all of them. A follow along video with commentary and a selection to emphasize tightness in certain areas with showcase these stretches much better. Thanks

I love your content. I just started incorporating some of your hip mobility moves before and after my runs and I'm impressed with how effective they are as a warm-up and cool-down. Thank you! I'm wondering what shoes you're wearing in this video? They seem much better than running shoes for doing this kind of work.

That Lying QL Stretch seems to be just what I need for my extremely poor internal hip rotation, especially considering everything else I'm in the intermediate/advanced category, I'd put my internal rotation at beginner or worse. Legs just locks at what I'd call neutral. very little foot gets past that point.

Before I started using this video I was experiencing significant lower back pain, couldn-t walk more than 500 metres without experiencing pain.
After using the video a few times a week, I have full pain free mobility. Can walk 12-15 km no problems and have felt great improvements in overall health.

I didn't even try the stretches past 4 minutes of this video and already I can walk smoother. My right hip is tight, and so some of the stretches that emphasized that side were harder. Well, shoot, a couple of those stretches and it feels a world better. Thanks so much!

I-m a man, 56, muscular and very flexible but I find it-s easier to gain muscle than get flexible. I just love your videos, there are stretches that you show I have never seen. You are the best out there, all around best. Your form is magnificent!

Does having good hip mobility help with squatting? I-ve noticed that I cannot squat without leaning forward a LOT. My back does not stay straight. My hip mobility is not that good at all. Will hip mobility help with keeping my back straight?

Is this a progression where you would start with the first exercises if you are very tight and then progress through, or is this just a huge variety of things to select from like a buffet? Thanks

Been struggling with tight hips since my early 20s now in my 65th year and bingo I find some great exercises and stretches and I wish some 40 years ago I knew them.
Many many thanks Graham

I'm 68 and trying regain hip mobility. All seem to create extreme soreness which results in days of interrupted normal activity. How hard should I push with these?
