I just did this with some trepidation because my body wasn't really feeling like doing cardio today, but I'm so glad I did! I really love this! I'm adding this as a regular cardio routine now. -

Almost all of these moves are in the Beachbody Insanity: MAX 30 workout series by Shaun T. Definitely killer moves from a killer body weight only series.
