Why You're Not Losing Fat Are you being honest with yourself? It-s not that we intentionally -lie- to ourselves about things, but all too often we are looking back at our habits with rose-colored glasses. We miss the inconsistencies. We let hard work be mistaken for training with purpose. We-ve focused on doing MORE over following a strategically designed plan and systems. As much as we want there to be a magic pill, there isn-t one. And there is no one magical move, magic macro ratio, magic ANYTHING that is going to give us instant results. That-s why I wanted to share with you the main reason I feel we so often don-t see the results we want and how to overcome it, but I do just first want to remind you how important it is we take that step back to honestly assess. The 3 Step RS Formula

One cheat day can truly put setback if you are just starting. Also being realistic is important. I am 52 and all my life I've been struggling with fat around my thighs; this I inheret from my mother. I've been active and into fitness and no matter how strict my diet is they won't look how I want them, they've improved but not 100%. Genetics do play a key part also. Some of us have to work harder than others to achieve some results. I find that compound exercises are more beneficial than just focusing on one part of the body. That's just what works for me. Finding a diet plan that work for us is a process. I tried many and must say that keto seems to work for me, but I do eat my carbs when needed, for example before my workout or before a long day of physical work as a massage Therapist. So be your own doctor and don't let anybody tell you what's good for you. You know better-

I lost all the extra weight with out any exercise, keto diet and IF. Exercise is good for your health but, you won-t lose much weight unless you spent 10 hours a day in gym! Before starting on Keto Diet and IF, education your self on insulin resistant and insulin level in your blood, Keto diet and IF is to lower your insulin level to start burning fat and lose weight!

I-ve been going consistently with tracking and strength training since Oct 14, 2021 but loosing slower than I-d like. I think my macros on MyFitnessPal app isn-t set right or something. It-s frustrating to work so hard five days a week but not loosing as fast as I-d like. I definitely feel stronger but not lighter -

In my case the key was to find out what my allergies are. And that I have SIBO. I recommend everyone to do so. Your belly and especially body should rest from some part of food and you feel see immediate results! Better skin, more energy and less problems with loosing weight

Thanks, this has been very encouraging as I have injuries that really limit my ability to workout. But, if I can consistently do the minimum, it will still help me vs. just giving up and thinking the minimum is worthless.

I will add that maybe hormones don't help you in your weight loss journey. I had been doing my proper nutrition diet, my workouts and nothing was working. I regulated my hormones and now everything is going well.

I'm 60. Was fit and dieter up to 52. Then stopped working out and gained 30 lbs. How do I find out what cals and macros I need to lose 30 lbs in menopause? What worked before no longer does. Im 5'9- thank you

Totally, some weeks I don't lose lbs, but still lose inches! Little goals with my big one at the end! Keeping my head right! So I want some food items, yes, but I want my bikini more!

-Embrace doing the minimum. - This is best low-key advice I've heard in some time. It helps me fight against that all or nothing attitude I often finds myself in. Thanks for naming it.

Please help. I gain weight (10-15 lbs. after about 2 weeks) when I start exercising. Any intentional exercise routine. I have tried to change up the exercise style. It still happens.
