The magic pill is called ketosis. Get into ketosis and just live your life. Before you know it you will be a different person
I lost my first 45 lb in 90 days with no exercise. Just lay around and watch TV and play video games.
Once I lost the first 45, I felt like I was 19 years old again and then I wanted to go out in mountain bike and go to the gym and go swimming in the ocean
I lost another 40 after I stopped ketosis. But that's when you actually have to watch what you're eating.
When you're in ketosis, as long as you're eating keto safe foods, you can stuff yourself everyday and still the weight falls off.

This came at the perfect time. Last week I was good on my meals and exercised 4 days. I weighed myself today, I only lost 1 pound. I was hoping for 2 lbs. But I couldn't button my pants 1 month ago but today even though they were tight I got them buttoned and zipped. That made me happy.
I started the week Christmas watching what I ate, less sweets to now none, eating vegetables more and of course exercising. By March I would like to lose 20 lbs.
I know, Rome wasn't built in a day. Lol. -
Thanks for your informative videos.

I Love this! Chased a few of those!
I used to be really fit, broke my ankle severely on ice, laid up put on 80lbs. when pregnant had only put on 14lbs. was in body pump 2 days before delivery. Getting back into it was hard, worried about hurting myself, excuses. this year decided to take it by the hair! Last week of Oct. Kicking butt! Down 50lbs with healthy diet, calorie deficit, and weights. getting happy again!

Portion control, don-t cut out a food group (carbs are not the enemy, allow small amounts of your favorite -treat- food so u don-t feel deprived then binge. Water, protein, walk, some cardio, lift. And good ole calories in, calories out. Unless you are a marathoner or a serious cyclist 4-8 nous is a bike ride) or the like, you will not be about to exercise away a huge surplus of calories, hence fat and weight gain.

I've been a fan for some time now and thank you for saying the truth! You've been instrumental in designing better workouts for my participants (I've been group fit instructor for 30+ years) as you've given/shared/taught better more efficient movements for various muscles PLUS PLUS PLUS. You've never looked better - thanks for sharing and helping me be better at what I do!

Ah yes-. The weekend eating-.
At 65 the challenges are many.
Starting slow-. I suck at starting slow.
Looking at a pizza causes weight gain.
On a good day everything hurts.
I-m tired when I get up.
I-m not a daddy or a husband anymore so there-s no mission.
And at the end of the day these are all just excuses. But still-.

Almost everyone should be on keto/carnivore. The argument that we are all so different doesn-t make sense. We are one species. What animal eats that much different in the same species? Also you don-t have to endless amount of exercise and cardio to get those results. Just a fraction of time is required for the same results.

As per always, love your content. Making the -little changes- can be the most difficult part of one's fitness journey. For me getting rid of late evening drinking/eating is the hardest part. I can go all day and be spot on with my nutrition and fitness habits. but after dinner I tend to fall apart.

I-m TERRIBLE for the first one. There-s such a mind-boggling amount of information and number of programs out there that cherry picking what you fancy becomes too easy and contributes to the inconsistency thing too. I really struggle to find just one clear program to follow.
